This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role. Your Role Create a welcoming, positive experience for patientsSupport patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needsAssist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient recordsPrepare patients and treatment areas for therapyAssist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapistKeep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and readyWork closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team membersHelp the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care This is a non-skilled therapy support role and does not involve independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, or providing services that require professional therapy licensure.
