Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Have had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
• Have a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• Include weekend shifts as scheduled

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in areas related to intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Pay

Hire wage is $17 hourly

Schedule

Full Time: 2:30p-10:30p Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, every other weekend
