Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into iOS applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to software design discussions.
  • Work within Agile Scrum or Kanban development environments.
  • Use version control systems such as Git or SVN for source code management.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of software development experience after completing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Basic coding experience in one or more of the following: Java, C#, C, C++, Python, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, or Java.
  • Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS application development.
  • A good understanding of iOS frameworks and mobile application architecture.
  • A knowledge of web technologies and UI/UX design principles.
  • A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • A strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and coding best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • A knowledge of RESTful Web APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with Xcode and the Apple iOS development ecosystem.
  • An understanding of mobile application testing and debugging techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United States for onsite client projects.
