As an Insurance Implementation Specialist, you will be the client's first point of contact post-sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Ensures the establishment of a positive relationship with the client.
Responsibilities
- Perform a thorough review of the policy and client's information and set client expectations to ensure the successful transition of the clients to the Client Service Team.
- Receive and review sales orders, policy information, and client information for completeness; work closely with sales to notify them of any outstanding issues/items.
- Make welcome calls to the client to establish a relationship, set and reinforce expectations, confirm information, and answer any questions the clients may have.
- Classify employees and owner/officers in all applicable systems to ensure accurate premium deductions.
- Be available to take client calls and service the client through the first premium impound, ensuring all features have started prior to turnover to Client Service.
- Create exceptional onboarding experiences for Insurance Products implementation through expertise and relationship-building.
- Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
- Partner internally by collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service; exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
- Multi-task and communicate by working on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects simultaneously; share essential information with clients and internal teams while adhering to a daily schedule and organizing yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls.
Requirements
- Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Strong professionalism and business acumen.
- Strong follow-up skills for timely and effective closure of open items on Sales Orders and in the Implementation Process.
- Strong oral communication skills with clients, sales, and other service associates.
- Strong ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraints while maintaining a professional service attitude.
Qualifications
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, or

Preferred Qualifications
- Must have or receive the appropriate Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of employment. ADP will support successful candidates in the testing process.
