About the role
As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll support our customers, promote account retention, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure successful product implementation and educate customers on features and new functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of various product features
- Work closely with sales and customer success to understand customers' needs and ensure successful product implementation
- Become an expert in how the product functions
- Educate customers about product features and new functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to meet customers' needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or other analytical fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in implementation, Customer Success, or Sales functions in SaaS

Pay
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base (TBD annually in December)
- Estimated total earnings: $70,000–$75,000 if meeting KPIs
