About the role

This is a high-impact role blending strategic consulting with operational execution to transform legacy financial infrastructure into modern, programmable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts as the primary partner for client success and day-to-day execution.
• Cook up cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations to deliver deployment milestones safely and on schedule.
• Develop and codify implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices to accelerate future enterprise onboarding and product scale.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in implementation management, management consulting, or enterprise software deployment at a high-growth company.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high EQ, with a proven ability to build trust with enterprise executive stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a "builder" mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments and values operational excellence over ceremony.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in financial services industry.
• Experience with AI-native operating systems and infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
