Immigration Attorney

Location: Coral Springs, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview A growing boutique immigration law practice is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is interested in developing their expertise in family-based and employment-based immigration law. The firm offers a supportive team culture, a high-volume practice, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility while contributing to a variety of immigration matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters. Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Monitor case progress, filing deadlines, and client requirements. Provide legal guidance and updates to clients regarding their immigration matters. Conduct legal research and stay informed about applicable immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and timely completion of assignments. Assist with additional legal tasks and team responsibilities as needed. Qualifications At least 2 years of immigration law experience. Active license to practice law in any U.S. state. Experience handling family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases while meeting deadlines. A collaborative, adaptable, and client-focused approach. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required. Work Arrangement This is an on-site position in Coral Springs, Florida. Remote work is not available.
