Immigration Attorney

About the role

Represent clients in immigration court cases and other related legal proceedings. Prepare and file petitions, motions, and applications for immigration benefits with USCIS. Advise clients on immigration law and legal options. Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide the best possible legal representation. Manage a caseload and work towards achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Currently licensed to practice law in at least one state or territory in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
