Immigration Attorney

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney with strong immigration litigation skills, preferably with prior experience in an immigration law firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle immigration litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other litigation-related matters.
• Develop case strategies and work collaboratively with the firm's legal team.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law firm.
• Active license to practice law.
• 3+ years of immigration litigation experience preferred.
• Prior experience with an immigration law firm is strongly preferred.

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Pay

Target salary: $125,000+, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Schedule

In-office position preferred; remote candidates will be considered if exceptionally qualified.
