Immigration Attorney

Qualifications:

• Required experience with affirmative and defensive Asylum.
• Fluency in a foreign language, appeals, habeas corpus, VAWA, marriage-based immigration, and other humanitarian matters is strongly preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• This is a full-time in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Hybrid or remote positions are not permitted.
