Immigration Attorney

Roles & Responsibilities

• Represent clients before immigration courts, USCIS, and related judicial or administrative proceedings.
• Provide bilingual legal counsel and build strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while delivering quality legal representation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1 to 4 years of immigration law experience in a law firm or government agency.
• Proven ability to manage a significant immigration caseload.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong advocacy, legal research, drafting, and client management skills.
