Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload in immigration law, including removal defense, family-based petitions, asylum, or humanitarian relief.
• Maintain attention to detail and client care while handling multiple cases.
• Work in a fast-paced, small-firm environment with direct client contact from day one.
• Serve diverse, often first-generation immigrant communities with strong client communication skills.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida, in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in immigration law (removal defense, family-based petitions, asylum, or humanitarian relief preferred).
• Working knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, and immigration court procedures.
• Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese).

Pay

$80,000 - $130,000 per year
