Imaging Supervisor - Allenmore Hospital
About the role
The Supervisor Imaging Services oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the technical and clerical staff within assigned areas of responsibility in Imaging Services. This position ensures that patient care needs are met according to physician orders, established policies, and procedures, while fostering collaboration among various healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the technical and clerical staff within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Ensure availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources.
- Support collaboration between the technical and clerical staff, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Define and monitor the day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
- Make technical decisions and independently resolve problems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to technical and non-technical staff.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited program in clinical imaging (e.g., Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, Nuclear Medicine, etc).
- Certification in Imaging Specialty (e.g., ARDMS, ARRT, CNMT, etc).
- State of Washington Department of Health Radiology Tech License if relevant to certification or within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a clinical imaging domain.
- Demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity; as lead tech or imag supv preferred.

Pay and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, along with paid time off. The pay scale for this position ranges from $101,545.60 to $146,140.80 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications.
