About the role
The Imaging Scheduling Specialist I is responsible for screening, scheduling, and directing patients to appropriate locations and services within the Imaging Department.

Responsibilities
- Receives all incoming phone calls and facilitates the scheduling of imaging procedures.
- Provides patients with division‑specific patient education materials to ensure they are prepared for scheduled tests/procedures.
- Conducts financial discussion with patients and/or provider's office regarding fees for imaging procedures according to ABN and pre‑authorization guidelines.
- Maintains department patient schedule, ensures blocks are full and cancelled appointments are rescheduled.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $18.19 per hour – $29.47 per hour.
