About the role
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Nursing Supervisor in the Imaging department, overseeing daily operations across multiple hospital locations.
Responsibilities
- Staffing and scheduling
- Monitoring staff performance
- Providing staff education
- Leading Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities
- Participating in budget management
- Acting as a liaison between patients, staff, and other departments
- Delivering complex nursing care, including medication administration during procedures
- Performing record-keeping and patient advocacy
- Ensuring proper staff and patient education
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- At least 5 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings
- Critical care background and supervisory experience preferred
- Current Georgia RN licensure or NLC/eNLC multistate license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
