Imaging RN Supervisor - Interventional Radiology

Seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee daily operations of Imaging departments, including off-site locations. Responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, staff performance, and implementing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement initiatives. The role involves participating in budget management, acting as a liaison between patients, medical staff, technical teams, and other hospital departments. Provides complex nursing care, monitors and administers medications during procedures, maintains accurate records, and advocates for patients. Ensures staff and patient education and training are prioritized. Demonstrates supervisory skills with creativity, attention to detail, and consistency.
