IFM Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians
• Maintain process documentation, playbooks, training materials, and onboarding programs
• Provide coaching and operational support to field teams
• Ensure compliance with overtime reporting, preventive maintenance requirements, and safety training
• Analyze operational metrics, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Drive best practices, innovation, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence initiatives
• Work with the team to ensure Preventative Maintenance is programmed into the CMMS tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 8-10 years of commercial property management or facility management experience
• Strong background in financial reporting, variance analysis, and contract review
• Experience managing, developing, and motivating teams
• CMMS/work order management experience preferred

Pay

$106,250 – $125,000 annually
