Major Areas Of Responsibility
- Supervise, plan and coordinate customer cleaning operations.
- Continually monitor cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly.
- Responsible for staff development in areas such as training, technical skills, safety, and performance management.
- Plan, organize and lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity and implement best practices in business management.
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Identify the technical, procedural and equipment issues that hinder cleaning performance.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices where applicable
- Ensure that there is a minimum inventory level of standard stock materials.
- Ensures accurate time/attendance recording and labor law compliance
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in one of these areas: facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality, or related field.
- Experience managing an hourly labor force.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills, adhering to all regulations.
- Demonstrated problem solving/issue resolution skills.
- Proven ability to adhere to all policy and conduct standards and embraces the culture of CCS.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
