Major Areas Of Responsibility

  • Supervise, plan and coordinate customer cleaning operations.
  • Continually monitor cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly.
  • Responsible for staff development in areas such as training, technical skills, safety, and performance management.
  • Plan, organize and lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity and implement best practices in business management.
  • Identify and resolve issues.
  • Identify the technical, procedural and equipment issues that hinder cleaning performance.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices where applicable
  • Ensure that there is a minimum inventory level of standard stock materials.
  • Ensures accurate time/attendance recording and labor law compliance

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in one of these areas: facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience managing an hourly labor force.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills, adhering to all regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem solving/issue resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to adhere to all policy and conduct standards and embraces the culture of CCS.
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
