About the role
Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere (and Online). We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.
We are currently looking for a freelance Thai Teacher for one of our clients in Seattle, United States. Course type: General, one‑to‑one, total 40 hours, 2‑hour sessions, location ZIP 98105, Seattle. Student level: Beginner, age 17 and under. Lessons twice per week on weekdays (preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Start date ASAP. Motivation: learn Thai for fun and future travel/study in Thailand.
Requirements
- Native Thai speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Valid work permit/visa
- Live within 20 miles of the specified location (Seattle, 98105)
Schedule
Two‑hour lessons twice per week on weekdays; preferred days Tuesdays and Thursdays, any time between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Pay
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
