ICU RN - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU, focusing on acute cardiac patients requiring critical interventions. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and quality standards are met. Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities promoting regulatory compliance, professional development, and a healing environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience; critical care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
