ICU RN - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

This critical care nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role is ideal for nurses with 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience interested in advancing into critical care.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Promoting patient and family-centered care
• Educating families on illness management
• Ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans
• Communicating effectively across the care continuum
• Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment
