ICU RN - Cardiac ICU - Full-Time Nights

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards. Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality nursing care in a critical care setting, specifically in the Cardiac ICU during night shifts. Performs duties aligned with hospital mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Holds a current RN license valid in the state or compact license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association is required or must be completed within 30 days of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat for extended periods. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, coordination, and communication skills essential for effective patient care and teamwork in a fast-paced ICU environment.
