ICU Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Responsibilities Provide specialized care in the Cardiac ICU during night shifts, including Friday to Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:30am. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes. Ensure compliance with care standards and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Valid RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure. Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or completed within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
