Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU Full-Time Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ICU, providing specialized inpatient care during night shifts. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for acutely ill patients.Coordinate care delivery, utilize nursing assistants appropriately, and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.Develop and document care plans focused on patient outcomes, evaluating responses to interventions.Participate in shared governance, committees, and unit projects.Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Associate Degree Nursing accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years.Current Illinois RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.Preferred: experience in clinical areas, especially ICU, with at least two years of ICU experience.
