The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Specialist ensures accurate warehouse inventory through cycle counts, location verification, and system updates. The role involves resolving inventory variances, auditing inbound receipts, validating product dating, and managing obsolete or at-risk inventory such as returns, recalls, or donations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate cycle counts of warehouse inventory
- Verify product locations and update systems accordingly
- Research and resolve inventory variances

Requirements
- 2–5 years of related experience or training
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Physical ability to handle objects weighing 20–60 lbs
- Familiarity with warehouse environments, including freezer, perishable, and grocery storage areas
- Strong attention to detail
