About the Role

Prestige Travel & Cruises Inc., the largest travel agency in Southern Nevada, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Cruise Division. This role focuses on verifying promotional cruise perks, ensuring accurate bookings, and supporting back-office invoicing. We provide full training, tools, and support for your success and growth within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Verify new sales amenities in Excel and Google Sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with the sales and supervisory teams to address quality assurance issues.
  • Invoice cruise payments via our CRM system for accounting.
  • Follow company procedures methodically to protect guests and PrestigeCruises.com.
  • Research and stay updated on travel destinations, including customs, weather, government regulations, and COVID-19 procedures.
  • Attend in-person and online training sessions with preferred cruise lines to stay current on industry changes.
  • Escalate major issues to the appropriate supervisor for quick resolution.
  • Maintain a professional image in interactions with cruise lines and clients.
  • Adhere to department attendance, phone adherence, and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • No previous travel business experience necessary; full training provided (personal cruise experience preferred).
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Internet and computer proficiency.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Physical ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day using a computer and telephone.
  • Ability to read multiple monitors and answer calls to meet call metrics.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Cruise product and service knowledge.
  • CRM experience (Client Base a plus).
  • Call center experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with accountability for call metrics.

Pay

$31,200.00 - $39,000.00 per year.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible shifts: days, evenings, and weekends (schedule provided 30 days in advance).
  • Current operating hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (expanding to 6:00 AM–8:00 PM Monday–Friday).
  • Shift swapping allowed after training completion.
  • Open 365 days a year.
  • 8-hour shifts with weekend availability required.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (reliable commute or relocation required).
