We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting: It includes Scope Of Responsibility (description), Essential Functions (list of duties), Qualifications (Education and Experience, Certificates, Licenses And Registrations, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Conditions Of Employment, Working Conditions, Reasoning Ability, Physical Demands). Also mention "Other duties as assigned." There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. However there is mention of flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, 24 hour on call care. That's schedule info. Could we create a Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting mentions flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, 24 hour on call care. That's schedule specifics. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: Not mentioned. Pay: Not mentioned. So we omit those. We need sections: About the role (maybe from Scope Of Responsibility paragraph). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Qualifications (Education and Experience, Certificates, Licenses And Registrations). Skills (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities). Conditions of Employment maybe part of Qualifications? Could be separate but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Requirements" could capture Certificates, Licenses And Registrations, Conditions Of Employment? But we have Qualifications for education/experience. Skills for knowledge/skills. Requirements maybe for certificates/licenses and conditions? However we need to decide mapping. We have headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if content. We have: - About the role: Scope Of Responsibility paragraph (first paragraph). Could also include mission statement? We'll put that. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (bullet points). We'll convert each sentence into
  • . - Requirements: Could include Certificates, Licenses And Registrations (driver's license, insurable record) and Conditions Of Employment (TB test, fingerprint, arbitration agreement, vehicle use). Also maybe "Ability to work flexible schedule" but that's schedule. - Qualifications: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree, experience). Also maybe "Experience working with clients with mental illness..." etc. That could be part of Qualifications. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list. - Schedule: flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, 24 hour on call care. We must not invent placeholders. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. We need to map to allowed headings. We have: About the role: Scope Of Responsibility paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. Requirements: Could include Certificates, Licenses And Registrations (driver's license) and Conditions Of Employment (TB test, fingerprint, arbitration agreement, vehicle use). Also maybe "Ability to work a flexible schedule" but that's schedule. Qualifications: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree, experience, expertise areas). Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list (including commitment, healing-centered approach, psychosocial assessments, knowledge of poverty, services, challenges, ability to understand needs, ability to work flexible schedule). Also Reasoning Ability and Physical Demands could be considered skills? But we have separate headings not allowed for those. However we could incorporate Reasoning Ability and Physical Demands into Skills section as they are abilities. The instruction: Use headings only from list; we can't add new headings. So we must fit all content into those sections. We can put Reasoning Ability and Physical Demands under Skills as they are abilities/skills. Or we could put them under Qualifications? But Qualifications is for education/experience. Better to put them under Skills. Schedule: flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, 24 hour on call care (from Essential Functions and Conditions Of Employment and Working Conditions). We'll capture that. We must not repeat content unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. Some info may appear in multiple places; we need to preserve but can consolidate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must not lose any detail. If we consolidate, we risk losing nuance. Better to keep each piece somewhere, maybe duplicate? Duplication might be okay as long as we don't lose info. But we should avoid unnecessary duplication? Not explicitly prohibited. Safer to keep each piece in its appropriate section, even if some overlap. Let's extract each piece and assign. List of all substantive statements: From Scope Of Responsibility: - Works within multidisciplinary team... - Assist in development, implementation, monitoring of service/treatment plan for residents at Nest on Florence (51-unit housing dev and/or scattered site apartments in South LA) offering permanent housing to TAY 18-25. - Practices with healing centered, trauma informed approach focusing on harm reduction and housing first. - Balances accountability with life skill building so youth can sustain/maintain housing. Essential Functions (each bullet): 1. Formulates individualized service plans identifying personal, social, emotional, mental health, educational, medical, housing, physical and/or financial needs and goals in collaboration with participants. 2. Mediates and advocates on behalf of clients to obtain/keep suitable housing, health
