We are seeking individuals who are passionate about healing, recovery, and rejuvenation to join our team at Icebox Cryotherapy. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide guests with a range of cold therapy treatments and guest care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service during all aspects of the treatment process
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all equipment and facilities
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest cold therapy treatments and guest care practices
• Support the overall operations of the studio, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
