We are seeking individuals who are passionate about healing, recovery, and rejuvenation to join our team at Icebox Cryotherapy. Our mission is to provide a restorative, spa-like health studio environment where guests can come to feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality guest care during cryotherapy sessions
- Train and assist new team members in using the latest cold therapy treatments
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a welcoming and supportive studio culture
- Participate in ongoing professional development through hands-on training
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for wellness and health
- Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
