Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality guest care during cryotherapy sessions
- Train and assist new team members in the latest cold therapy treatments
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and supportive studio culture
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for wellness and health
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel between locations)
