Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, and effective cryotherapy treatments to guests.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest cold therapy treatments and guest care practices.
• Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of treatment areas.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Passion for wellness and health.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cold therapy treatments and guest care practices.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
