ICBM Requirements and Integration Manager

Responsibilities
- Think strategically and lead the development of operational units and test organizations to interoperate with future systems elements.
- Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the operational units and test organizations to interoperate with future systems elements.
- Work with leaders in operations concepts, policy, organizational alignment, and training requirements on projects for the Air Force.
- Plan, program, and execute the timely fielding of the Sentinel system while retiring the Minuteman III weapon systems.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in ICBM operations and support roles across the strategic enterprise.
- Experience with ICBM operations System Training Plans.
- Experience in strategic planning and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of the Air Force manpower process including accessions, skill level application, career vectoring, and allocation planning.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Skills
Nice if you have:
- Experience in key leadership roles, coordinating highly complex nuclear tasks, and team building.
- Experience developing operational requirements, manpower estimates, and resource planning.
- Experience with nuclear surety inspections, local evaluation requirements, and flight-, squadron-, and group-level roles and responsibilities.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Master’s degree.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
