Key Responsibilities
- Translate warfighter needs into system requirements and capabilities.
- Integrate operational perspective into technical exchange meetings.
- Capture warfighter feedback in workflow tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Represent DIFC2 at planning conferences, demonstrations, exercises, and training events.
- Lead cross functional teams in developing solutions to the Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) targeting cycle challenges.
- Organize, plan, and execute program participation at demonstrations and exercises.
- Represent the program to other DAF and DOW organizations.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship.
- Active TS/SCI or SCI Eligible.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of experience, Master’s Degree Preferred.
- 14+ years of DAF Command and Control, Battle Management, or ISR Experience.
- Extensive operations experience.
- Intermediate Development Education Experience working ABMS, JADC2 or other system of systems programs.

Pay
Target salary range $160,001 - $200,000.
