Responsibilities
- Provide wargame subject matter expertise to MDA/CAC in its role in the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting to include a pinnacle out brief and Commander’s game.
- Assist CAC-W by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame planning and execution events, workshops, and pinnacle events.
- Facilitate external wargame engagement to include the creation of future capability development modules.
- Provide wargame subject matter expertise to MDA/CAC in its role assisting in the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting.
- Assist CAC by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, workshops, and capstone events.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master's degree with 12+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related defense programs, OR Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related defense programs.
- Experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project systems engineering with specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, future capabilities (science and technology), and engineering for defense-related programs.
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in the STEM field.
- 20+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related defense programs.
- Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools and their application to wargaming.
- Experience with MDASim or AFSim is a big plus.
- Able to facilitate large wargame group discussions on behalf of MDA/CAC, and/or perform adjudication tasks, if needed.
- Refined communication skills in public speaking and developing professional written reports with embedded graphics are a big plus.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
