About the role

As an Internet Consultant at Norm Reeves Hyundai, you play a crucial role in ensuring the dealership maximizes its profit potential. You serve as a key point of contact for the sales department, interacting with guests both online and in-store to provide tailored and genuine service.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to online sales inquiries
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Aid guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guest to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and continuously improve

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Proven track record of sales experience
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
