Hydraulic Tech and Sales Support LFS
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content.
We have content: Overview (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "Overview" is about company, not role. Could be "About the role" but we have no explicit role description besides summary. Could treat "Overview" as About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (maybe from Overview and Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Job Requirements and Preferred Education And Experience), Benefits, Pay. Also maybe Physical Demands? Not in list; we could include under Requirements? But we should not invent sections not listed. However we could include Physical Demands under Requirements? The instruction says use those headings as examples, not strict list? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we can use those headings; we could also use others? Probably stick to those. So we need to map content.
We have:
- Overview: company description. Could be "About the role" (maybe includes company info). We'll put that in About the role
with paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: we have "Summary LFS is looking for an entry level Hydraulic technician to assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems and equipment." Then "Essential Functions (responsibilities, Tasks, Supervisory Needs)" with bullet list. Also "Additional Responsibilities". We'll combine into a - list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: we have "Qualifications Job Requirements: Required Qualifications (education, Years Of Experience, KSAs)" with HS Diploma or equivalent, Technical School certificate, Minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Then "Preferred Education And Experience Technical School certificate Minimum of 1-2 years of experience Combination of education and experience Familiarity with Parker products". Also Physical Demands details. We'll put under
Qualifications
maybe also Requirements? But we can combine. We'll include both required and preferred as list items.
- Benefits: we have benefits description: medical, dental, vision, HRA/HSA, telemedicine, employee assistance, wellness programs, long-term disability, basic life and AD&D, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, 10 paid holidays, paid parental leave, initial PTO 20 days per year. We'll list.
- Pay: we have Pay Range USD $21.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
- Schedule: we have "This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, year-round benefited position." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, drug-free workplace, immigration sponsorship, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. We'll omit those.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting that are substantive.
Let's extract details:
Company overview: LFS, Inc., established in 1967 in Bellingham, Washington, wholly owned subsidiary of Trident Seafoods. Headquartered in Bellingham, WA, operate seven year-round locations across Washington and Alaska, including Bellingham, Seattle, Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer, and Sitka, along with seasonal locations in Dillingham and Naknek, Alaska. Core business supporting commercial fishing industry, expanded offerings to include industrial and sport netting, hydraulic sales and services, wholesale and industrial supply, recreational marine and outdoor products, as well as online sales.
Also there is a repeated description in Responsibilities section: "LFS, Inc. was established in 1967 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trident Seafoods. Our corporate headquarters is in Bellingham, WA and we have three year-round locations in Washington State: Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. LFS also has five year-round locations in Alaska: Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer (Kachemak Gear Shed), and Sitka; and two seasonal locations in Dillingham and Naknek. While our core business is supplying the commercial fishing industry, we have evolved to include industrial and sports netting sales, hydraulic sales and services, wholesale/industrial sales, recreational marine and outdoor sales, and internet sales."
We need to preserve all substantive info, not duplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication if it's in source; but we should avoid repeating same info? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should combine and not repeat duplicate content. So we need to merge overlapping info.
Let's combine company info: Established 1967, Bellingham, WA, subsidiary of Trident Seafoods. Year-round locations: Washington: Bellingham, Seattle, Poulsbo (note: earlier list had Bellingham, Seattle, and also maybe? Actually earlier list: Bellingham, Seattle, Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer, Sitka. Then later they say three year-round locations in Washington State: Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. So Poulsbo is added. Also five year-round locations in Alaska: Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer (Kachemak Gear Shed), and Sitka. Seasonal: Dillingham and Naknek. So we need to include all.
Core business: supporting commercial fishing industry. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and

We need to decide sections:
