Mobile Service and Sale Technician for Hydraulics

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repairs at customer locations
• Operate and maintain a PIRTEK Mobile Service Vehicle as a rolling workshop
• Diagnose issues, fabricate hoses, and complete repairs with accuracy and safety
• Deliver exceptional customer service—explain work, answer questions, and build rapport
• Identify opportunities for additional products/services and help customers prevent future breakdowns
• Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and vehicle inventory

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable with tools for hands-on repairs
• Confident communicator—able to speak professionally with customers and earn their trust
• Sales-minded with the ability to spot opportunities and make helpful recommendations
• Problem-solver who stays calm and efficient in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, industrial, or construction fields is a plus
