Hybrid Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative - Stretch Zone

About the role

Stretch Zone, the nation's leader in practitioner-led-assisted stretching, is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to drive new member growth across its Long Island studios.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members expressing interest in Stretch Zone.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
• Build excitement and educate prospects about the benefits of practitioner-led-assisted stretching.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow-up with every lead.
• Affiliate with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
• Exceptional at texting and written communication.
• Organized with outstanding multitasking skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by bonuses and performance incentives.
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using computers, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
