Hybrid (6 Weeks Onsite, Then Fully Remote) Patient Scheduler

TEKsystems is looking to hire several Call Center Agents for a large hospital in Indianapolis. Training is fully onsite for 6 weeks, after which the role transitions to fully remote.

About the role

• 60+ incoming calls daily
• Schedule appointments and reinforce all policies for case scheduling
• Communicate detailed information for each scheduled appointment
• Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis
• Handle in-depth, sensitive, and highly confidential conversations

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of call center experience
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently
• Self-motivated with a drive to advance your career
• Stable work history (no jumpy tenures)
• Reliable transportation for onsite training
• Compliance with vaccine and drug test requirements

Schedule

• Training: Fully onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (6 weeks)
• Post-training: Fully remote, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Start date: August 25, 2026

Pay

$16.00 per hour
