About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems at federal facilities. Requires strong mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC technology.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Install new HVAC equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with facility management and other technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of federal building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
