Facilities HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on heating/air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and work procedures.
• Operate forklifts or other vehicles as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with team members to support short and long-range planning.
• Perform assigned tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Accurately and timely complete administrative duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
• EPA Certificate - Universal Technician.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of hand/power tools, HVAC & refrigeration tools, rigging, and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance.
• Ability to work from elevated areas using fall protection equipment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring significant physical effort.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $30.60 - $36.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm.
