About the role

Our HVAC Technicians visit clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues in residential settings
• Repair heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated with a clean, neat appearance

Pay

• Base pay up to $40/hr
• Earnings potential up to $50+/hr with bonuses and incentives
• Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year
• Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work
• Flexible scheduling with multiple shift opportunities
• Option for 4-day, 10-hour shifts (4-10’s)
