About the role

WM Henderson is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance in clients' homes.

Pay

Base pay up to $40/hr, with total compensation up to $50+/hr including bonuses and incentives. Top candidates may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Our best technicians earn over $100,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
