HVAC Service Technician - Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus- up to $50/hr. base pay

What our HVAC Technicians do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance
• Go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems

Compensation

• Up to $50+/hr. with bonuses and incentives (base pay up to $40/hr.)
• Very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service
• Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year
• Top candidates could be eligible for a sign on bonus of $10,000!
• 2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new hires

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated
