HVAC Service Technician - Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus- up to $50/hr. base pay

About the role

Our technicians go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

Pay

• Base pay up to $40/hr
• With bonuses and incentives, technicians can earn up to $50+/hr
• Top candidates eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Best technicians make over $100,000 per year

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work
• Flexible scheduling with multiple shift opportunities
• Flexible days of the week
• 4-day, 10-hour shifts (4-10's) available

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated
