About the role

Our HVAC Technicians visit clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as perform preventative maintenance.

Pay

• Base pay up to $40/hr
• Earnings potential up to $50+/hr with bonuses and incentives
• Top technicians earn over $100,000 annually
• Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work with consistent hours

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working, motivated, and professional appearance
