About the role

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance in clients' homes.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Pay

• Base pay up to $40/hr.
• With bonuses and incentives, technicians can earn up to $50+/hr.
• Top candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
