HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Sign on bonus for 5+ year exp techs

About the role

The K Company Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position offers full-time employment with overtime opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company truck, cell phone, and all necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment
• Work on large projects and handle complex systems
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Handle emergency calls and respond to on-call rotations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in HVAC or related field
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Hourly rate ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on experience and knowledge. A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered for technicians with 5+ years of experience who have worked for an HVAC/R contractor 5+ years.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with on-call rotation once per month.
