What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Educate homeowners on system performance and upgrades
- Set leads for replacements and improvements
- Deliver clean, code-compliant work with professionalism
What You Bring
- 3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification (NATE preferred)
- Strong diagnostics and customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid license
