HVAC Service Technician (Up To $5k Sign-On Bonus!)

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Complete system inspections and identify potential performance or safety concerns.
• Clean, test, and adjust HVAC components to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance recommendations, and indoor comfort solutions.
• Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommended repairs.
• Document service calls, inspection results, and customer interactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Represent the Korte brand with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction.

Required

• Required HVAC maintenance or service experience.
• Preferred EPA Certification.
• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using mobile service software or dispatch platforms.
• Sales or customer-facing experience with presenting service recommendations.

Preferred

• Strong educational background in HVAC or related field.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
